The three at-large commissioners each required a majority vote to win. A supermajority of five votes is required to conduct most council business. Langan Park — the largest of the parks at 720 acres (291 ha), features lakes, natural spaces, and contains the Mobile Museum of Art, Azalea City Golf Course, Mobile Botanical Gardens and Playhouse in the Park.
